Participation in hypnosis sessions or coaching is at your own risk. The success of the methods offered depends largely on the active cooperation and openness of the client. No promises of healing are made. No liability is assumed for possible consequences or decisions made by clients based on the sessions or information on this website.
3. Liability for content
As a provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), I am not obligated to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Upon becoming aware of any such violations, I will remove such content immediately.

Refund Policy
1. General provisions
By booking a hypnosis or coaching session, you agree to the refund conditions stated here.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, you will receive a full refund or an alternative appointment.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in the full price being charged. No refunds are possible in these cases.
3. Cancellation by me (Katharina Karaca-Grenz)
If I have to cancel a session for important reasons (e.g., illness, technical problems), I will offer you an alternative appointment as soon as possible. If no new appointment can be arranged, I will provide a full refund.
4. Refund of digital products
Digital content that has already been downloaded or activated (e.g., hypnosis audios, online courses) cannot be exchanged or returned. A refund will only be issued if the access has not yet been used and you declare your cancellation within 14 days.
5. Refund methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
